Ordering is easy and fast at Andean Tapestries. After you have decided the item(s) that you want to purchase, just hit the Add to cart button and you will automatically be taken to the PayPal center where you can make your payment in just a few minutes. Shipping - How much it will cost to ship my tapestry?

During our opening month all tapestries shipped to the continental US will be shipped at no charge. Our products are shipped via the US Postal Service. If customers want a faster service, we can also ship using UPS. If you prefer UPS, you will be told in advance what the shipping cost will be. Generally your order will be processed with 2-3 business days. Our customers can expect to receive their order in 7-10 business days after payment has been made.
   
       
       
 
Do I have to pay shipping if I return an item?

Shipping return items will be at the customers’ expense, unless it is a defective product. We are so confident that you will like our products as much as we do that we will accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase without a restocking fee. Items must be returned in original condition for resale. Full in store credit (not cash or credit card refunds) will be issued for all returns unless you were shipped something in error.
